By accessing or using Onecy Flow ("Service"), operated by Onecy Flow ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Onecy Flow is a customer data platform (CDP) that provides businesses with tools to track user events, build customer profiles, analyze behavior through dashboards, create audience segments, and send data via webhooks.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Onecy Flow, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Onecy Flow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a prepaid basis using your wallet balance.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once processed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30-day advance notice
• Downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused quota does not carry over to the next billing period

You agree not to use Onecy Flow to:

• Collect data about individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Track minors under the age of 13 without guardian consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including privacy laws (GDPR, PDPA, etc.)
• Send spam, malware, or engage in phishing activities via webhooks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all customer data you submit to Onecy Flow. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Onecy Flow complies with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining appropriate consent from your end-users before tracking their data.

Data Accuracy: We are not responsible for the accuracy or integrity of data you upload or generate through the Service.

The Onecy Flow platform, including its design, codebase, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Our JS SDK is made available under a limited license for integration purposes only. You may embed and use it in your own applications subject to these Terms.

API keys are credentials that authenticate requests to our public API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not expose them in public repositories or client-side code beyond what is necessary.

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be misused, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onecy Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Semarang, Indonesia.
