Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password credentials processed through Supabase authentication.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.

Customer Data You Provide: As part of our analytics service, you may submit data about your own customers (events, profiles, attributes). You retain full ownership of this data.

Payment Information: Billing transactions are processed through Duitku payment gateway. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies to ensure proper operation.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Onecy Flow platform
• Process transactions and send related notifications
• Improve, personalize, and expand our services
• Communicate with you about updates, support, and promotional content (with your consent)

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Customer analytics data (events, profiles) that you upload to your workspace is retained until you delete it or close your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., Supabase for authentication, Duitku for payments, Sentry for error monitoring)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Onecy Flow and its users
